Thailand: influencer type consumers purchased endorsed products by gender 2023

According to a survey on social media influencers conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2023, approximately 55.5 percent of Thai female respondents who had purchased an item or product endorsed by an influencer stated that they purchased the item endorsed by an actor or reality-television star. Comparatively, the majority of the male respondents purchase products endorsed by Youtubers.
