In 2022, the total import of cheese in Israel reached a value of nearly 99 million U.S. dollars. This was an increase compared to the previous years. This year also represents the peak in the import of cheese during the period under review. The total import value of this dairy product to this country during these years increased steadily by approximately 66 percent compared to the base year of 2018 which had an import value of 59.2 million U.S. dollars.
